There will be valet parking provided by the Masonic Temple at the venue. Valet parking will open starting 45 minutes prior to the cocktail hour. Valet parking is at no additional cost to you, but we recommend a little cash for tipping the staff.

Cocktail hour is from 5:30pm - 6:30pm in the Parlor Room. There will be drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and a 3-piece band. 6:45pm - 7pm is going to be a special video viewing in the ballroom. 7pm will be dinner and after that it is dancing the night away and engaging in merriment until around 11:00pm.

No, this will be an adults only event. Please understand and plan on arranging childcare for the little ones.

Everyone is responsible for getting themselves to Comerica Park for the game. Gates open 90 min early, the game officially starts at 3:10pm, but we will be there early, by 2:30pm. We have a reserved section for our group and it includes food and non-alcohol beverages. Tickets can be accessed digitally via the MLB Ballpark app and will be forwarded to you - so you will need to make an account if you don't already have one. More details will go out to the individuals who are attending about accessing tickets.

There is no official hotel block. We recommend hotels in Downtown Detroit close to Woodward Avenue. The Q-Line (aka the tram) runs on Woodward Ave. and is free to use, this would allow to ease of transit to a variety of areas close to our venues and other great attractions in Detroit. A few recommended hotels include: Fort Pontchatrain, Detroit Foundation Hotel, The Westin Book Cadillac, Hotel Indigo Detroit Downtown by IHG, The Siren Hotel, The Inn at 97 Winder, The Inn on Ferry Street
